Our current spotlight coffee is this magnificent blend featuring organic coffees from Sumatra and El Salvador. This blend has an exceptionally big, and exceptionally clean body complimented with smooth creamy notes. The El Salvador offers this clarity and adds balance; wheras the Sumatra offers dark red and purple fruit notes with its classically big body.
We roast the Sumatra to an espresso roast and the El Salvador to a classic medium / city roast.
